Tasadr's features, the full journey from measurement to report

Tasadr is Arabic-first AI search competitive intelligence with a complete optimization workflow, from measurement to execution, until you lead AI answers. We measure, diagnose who leads instead of you and why, recommend what to change, turn it into your team's task, check it was done, measure its impact, then sum up what changed.

Seven stages in one dashboard

What is the Tasadr journey?

Measurement is the starting point, not the whole product. After it, every opportunity goes through seven connected stages in one dashboard, until the evidence tells you whether what you did worked:

  1. Measurement

where you stand today in AI engines' answers.

  2. Diagnosis

who leads instead of you, with which page, and why.

  3. Recommendation

what to change on your page, what to add, and which questions are worth targeting.

  4. Execution

the opportunity becomes a task that reaches the person who applies it.

  5. Verification

we check your page to confirm the edit was really made.

  6. Impact

did your standing change after the edit?

  7. Report

what changed, who leads, what threatens you, and your next step.

The journey starts again with every measurement

Stage 1 of 7

Measurement: where do you stand today in AI answers?

We ask the engines the questions your customers actually type, in your market's dialect and about your city, and record where your site stands in every answer. The first line of your dashboard tells you in how many of your questions the engines cite your site, and in how many they cite your top competitor:

  • The Tasadr score out of 100

one number that sums up how you lead across your questions and engines, with its range whenever a measurement spans one.

  • Questions

in your customer's words and dialect, written by you, or added from the question gap and from your Google Search Console account if you connect it.

  • Engines

up to eight, namely ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok, depending on your plan.

  • Citations

every answer has one of four outcomes: cited with a link, mentioned without one, absent, or no answer. With it come the answer's excerpt and sources as evidence, dated. A missing answer is never counted against you.

  • Measurement log

every measurement with its day, time, score and change, and what you did before it, from questions you added or changed to edits we verified, so you know what came before every rise or fall, and how your score moves over a year, or 2 years on Business.

  • Answer stability

how often each engine gave the same answer about your site, and whether it is steady, mostly steady or changeable. We name the most changeable, so you wait for a second measurement before judging a move in its score, and know what to trust.

Stage 2 of 7

Diagnosis: who leads instead of you, and why?

Knowing you are absent is not enough. You need to know who took your place, with which page, and why the engine chose them. This is what Tasadr (تصدَّر) diagnoses for you:

  • Who leads instead of you?

The competitor ranking in your questions, and your share of citations next to the strongest of them.

  • Which page does the competitor use?

A file on every competitor with the pages of their site the engines cite, and the questions they lead instead of you. You can track them as a competitor from any screen that names them.

  • Which engines cite them?

In every question, the engines that chose them and the engines that chose you.

  • Why is their page better?

We compare your page with theirs on the same question, and explain why the engine chose it.

  • Where is the question gap?

Questions your competitors lead that you do not track.

  • Where do the answers come from?

The sites the engines build their answers to your questions from, grouped by kind.

Stage 3 of 7

Recommendation: what to change, and what to add?

We do not stop at telling you where the problem is. Every diagnosis ends in a clear recommendation, ranked by priority in one action plan:

  • What to change

the page to edit for each question, and what it lacks next to your competitor's page.

  • What to add

a page that answers the question directly if you have none, and what to do about each kind of source the engines build their answer from.

  • Page fixes ready to publish

an answer paragraph for your page, FAQ in the words your customers type, and Schema code ready to paste.

  • Questions worth targeting

from the question gap, added to your tracking in one tap.

Stage 4 of 7

Execution: the opportunity becomes a task for whoever applies it

Every opportunity in the action plan is a ready task with three steps: find out why they lead, edit your page, then the implementation check. The work itself is spelled out in steps to carry it out: a numbered list of what to do on your page, who does it (you, the developer or the content writer) and roughly how long it takes, so your team can do it without an SEO lead. When you send the task, you choose who will apply it, and they get only what is theirs:

  • Developer

the Schema code, and where to paste it on the page.

  • SEO lead

all the fixes, the code, and the full list of edits.

  • Content writer

the answer paragraph, the FAQ, and the edits to write in your business's tone.

Stage 5 of 7

Verification: was the edit really made?

A task is not "done" because you clicked a button. When you say you have edited your page, we check the page to confirm the edit is really there. If we find no change, we will tell you and the task stays open; if we find part of it, we will tell you what is missing.

Once we find the edit, the task is "done" on the date of the check, and whoever opens the task link sees that we verified the edit.

Stage 6 of 7

Impact: did the edit change your standing?

After the check comes the next measurement on the same questions and the same engines, so you see whether your site is now cited, whether your Tasadr score moved, and which competitors moved up or down.

Every impact you see comes after an edit we verified, not after a "done" mark alone. And we never call a movement a change until it holds; the dashboard alerts you when it does.

  • What your work did

we compare the question you worked on with the questions you left untouched, over the same measurements before and after your edit, so you see whether it moved more than they did, or that there is no clear change yet. It is a comparison, not a guarantee.

  • Your edits measured on schedule

you start no measurement yourself. The questions whose pages you edited are read again in their next automatic measurement, within 14 days on Starter, Pro and Advanced and within 7 on Business, so you see what changed on them after your edit.

  • Tasadr impact

connect Google Search Console and you see your site's clicks or impressions in Google Search, week by week, beside your Tasadr score on the same weeks. Moving together shows timing, not cause: one line does not prove the other.

Stage 7 of 7

Report: what changed, who leads, your next step

A result is no use if it never reaches the person who decides. So the journey closes with three reports:

  • The weekly report

what changed during the week, the leading competitor, what you gained, what threatens you, what is under watch and your next step, in a minute's reading, ready to paste into WhatsApp, and your last 12 weeks are kept in one archive.

  • The monthly report

month by month, how far your Tasadr score moved, the citations you gained or lost on each engine, the competitors that moved up or down, the edits we verified, and your top three tasks for next month.

  • The executive summary

one page your manager reads on a private link without signing in, in Arabic or English: your score, top competitors, confirmed changes and top three tasks with their status. It updates with every measurement; you see when it was last opened.

  • For agencies on Business

your agency's name and logo in place of Tasadr's on the executive summary and its WhatsApp preview, and on the task pages, with a small "Measured by Tasadr" line, and on the PDFs of the weekly report, the monthly report and the summary, and the Excel tables.

What is in each plan?

Every paid plan has all seven stages, and in the free trial you try the journey on two engines. The plans differ in size: how many sites, questions and engines, and how many competitor analyses a month.

On the paid plans your dashboard updates every day, the report arrives every week and you see every source. On every plan and in the free trial you download your questions and your tasks as Excel, and on the paid plans your monthly report too. Only Business has the setup session with our team, reports under your agency's name, PDF downloads of the reports, email alerts on important changes (at most once a day per site), score history over 2 years, and fixes for your top 5 tasks every week.

Every feature and its plan is in the comparison table on the pricing page.

What do we not do?

We say it plainly, so you know what you are buying:

  • We do not publish on your site ourselves

and we never ask for access to it. We prepare the fix in full, your team or agency publishes it, then we check the implementation.

  • We do not write a fact you did not give us

no price, address or number unless it comes from your page or your business profile.

  • We do not promise that a given engine will cite you by a given date

The answer is the engine's decision; what we promise is that you see, with evidence, what changed after every edit.

  • We do not meter you per question or per measurement

your plan's price is fixed in US dollars and covers its questions, its engines and its new results. If you need more, you add a pack at a price you know in advance.

Frequently asked questions

What does my manager get from Tasadr?

The executive summary: one page behind a private link, readable in Arabic or English without signing in, with your score, your top competitors, the confirmed changes and the top three tasks with their status. It refreshes with every new measurement.

Do you edit my site yourselves?

No. We write the answer paragraph, the FAQ and the Schema code ready to use, with notes on where to paste them in Salla, Zid, Shopify and WordPress, and your team or agency publishes them. Then we check the page to verify the implementation before we measure the impact.

Where does the information in the ready fixes come from?

From your page and your business profile alone. We take nothing from your competitor's page, and add no price, address or claim you did not state; whatever is missing, we ask you for. Every fix is a draft you review before publishing.

Do I get these features in the free trial?

Yes. In 7 days free, no credit card, you try the journey on ChatGPT and Gemini: the measurement, one competitor analysis with its ready fixes, sending the task, the implementation check, a second measurement on day five, and the executive summary. You see the impact of your edit if you make it before the second measurement on day five. The paid plans add questions, engines and analyses, your dashboard updates every day, and the report arrives every week.

How do I know the edit worked?

From the impact. Once we verify the edit on your page, we read the same questions on the same engines: is your site now cited, did your score move, which competitors moved, each reading dated. We also compare the question you worked on with the ones you did not touch: a comparison, not a guarantee.
