Compare your AI visibility with your competitors
Tasadr (تصدَّر) is an Arabic platform that shows who AI quotes instead of your site and compares you with your competitors in AI answers, in Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo and other Arab cities. It asks your customers' questions in their dialect and says who leads each instead of you, and why. Try it free for 7 days on ChatGPT and Gemini.

What does the platform compare between your site and your competitors'?
Where you stand and where they stand inside the same answer. When your customer asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google, they do not read a list of ten links; they read one paragraph that points to two or three sources. So the question the platform answers is: on each of your customers' questions, on each engine, who was cited, you or your competitor?
For your site, each answer gets one of four outcomes: cited if the engine linked to your site, mentioned without a link if it wrote your name alone, absent if it wrote an answer without you, and no answer if it wrote none at all. From these outcomes comes the Tasadr score out of 100, and how we measure it is explained in how we measure the Tasadr score.
A competitor in the answer is any site cited instead of you, even one that is no competitor of yours in the market: a local directory, a comparison site, a shop in another city. That is why the platform does not stop at the competitors you name; it records everyone who is cited.
How is it different from keyword tracking in SEO?
SEO tools compare your ranking with your competitors' in a list of links. An AI answer has no list: your site is either a source inside the answer or it is not. Your site can rank first in the search results while your competitor leads the answer, because their page answers the question in plain text. The difference between the two jobs is set out in SEO vs GEO vs AEO.
How does the comparison work, step by step?
From adding your site to your first competitor ranking takes five steps, none of which needs a developer, and nothing is installed on your site.
You add your site and set its country and dialect
You start with your site's domain, then the country your customers ask from. The list holds Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and most other Arab countries, and the dialect follows the country you pick unless you change it. So your questions are written for your own market, and Google's answers are read as your customer sees them in their country.
You choose your customers' questions
The question is the unit of comparison, not the keyword. We suggest questions from your site's pages, or from real searches if you link Search Console, and you can write your own. How to choose them is in how to choose the questions you measure.
You name the competitors you want to track
We suggest who leads your questions today, and you choose among them or add the ones you know, up to 5 competitors per site, or 10 on Business. The ones you track are marked out whenever they are cited instead of you, and everyone else is recorded too.
We measure and rank
The first measurement starts when you finish setup. We ask your questions on the engines your plan covers, record your site's outcome in every answer, and rank the sites that were cited, yours among them. Then your dashboard updates every day, on every paid plan.
You find out why, edit, and we measure the impact
On any question a competitor leads, you ask why the competitor leads instead of you, and get a competitor analysis with on-page fixes ready to publish. You send the task to whoever applies it, and we check the edit is live on the page before we measure its impact.
Where does your site stand among the sites the engines cite?
The competitor ranking shows the sites the engines cite for your questions, ordered by how many of your questions each one is cited in, with your site at its true rank among them. Beside each site is the change since a date shown at the top of the column, so you can see who is moving up and who is falling back. A real example is the "who took its place" section of a real report for a clinic group in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The list opens on company sites, because your competitor is a business like yours, and one tap shows every site, directories, comparison sites and platforms included. Your own site and the competitors you track always stay in the list, at their true ranks.
Which competitor leads instead of you?
It is the first line you read on your competitors page: which site is cited instead of you, and in how many of your questions. Its name opens its file, and the ranking shows where every other competitor stands.
Who leads each question, and on which engine?
The ranking is the overall picture; decisions are made question by question. Open any of your questions and you find, for each engine, your site's outcome, who was cited instead of you, an excerpt of the answer as the engine wrote it with its links, and the answer history with its dates.
Why does the competitor change from one engine to another?
Because each engine picks its sources its own way. ChatGPT may cite one competitor on a question while Google AI Overviews cites another on the same question, and Gemini may write no answer at all. What sets each engine apart is on the eight engines we measure.
What is the evidence for each verdict?
Under every verdict is a dated excerpt of the answer itself, with the links the engine put in it. So you never have to trust a number whose basis you cannot open, or take our word for it.
How do you find out who AI quotes instead of your site in Riyadh?
By measuring with your Riyadh customers' questions as they write them, not general ones. The engine searches with the asker's words, and the city and district in the question change the sources it quotes. A question such as "which perfume shop in Riyadh delivers the same day?" may be led by a different shop from the one that leads the same question in Jeddah.
That is why each site in Tasadr has its own country and dialect, so your questions are written in your customers' dialect, and from Pro up Google's answers are read as someone searching in Saudi Arabia sees them. Then, under every question, you see who the engine quoted instead of you, with the answer's excerpt and links, and in the competitor ranking who keeps coming up across all your Riyadh questions.
And if your business has branches in more than one city?
Write each city's questions with its name and districts, in its people's dialect. Each city has its own competitors in the answer. What a local business needs on its page to lead its city's questions is in optimising AI answers for local businesses.
What does each competitor's file tell you?
Every competitor has a file, opened from the ranking or from any question. In it:
- The questions of yours they lead, and how your site stands in each: cited or not.
- The engines that cite them, and the page of theirs that was cited.
- The sites cited alongside them in the same answer.
- Other questions they lead that you do not track, from the question gap, any of which you can add so your site is measured on it.
How do you track a particular competitor?
From the ranking or from their file, choose "Track as a competitor" and they join the competitors you track, up to 5 competitors per site, or 10 on Business; you can stop tracking them whenever you want. Tracking is offered for company sites only: never your own site, a platform everyone sells on, or a directory.
Why does the competitor lead instead of you, and what do you change?
That is what the competitor analysis does: it compares the cited competitor's page with yours on the same question, and says what their page has that yours lacks, why the engine picked it, and what to change first. When you are the one leading, you compare your page with your competitors' to see what keeps you there.
Every analysis comes with on-page fixes ready to publish: a paragraph that answers the question, an FAQ and structured data (schema). We write them from your page and your business profile only, invent nothing, and give them to you as a draft to review before publishing.
You get one competitor analysis in the free trial, then 15 competitor analyses a month on Starter, 50 competitor analyses on Pro and 100 competitor analyses on Advanced, while on Business they are unlimited. How to read their page yourself is in which competitor ChatGPT recommends instead of you.
Who makes the edit, and how do you know it worked?
You send the task in one step to a developer, an SEO lead or a content writer, copied or on a private link of its own. Then we check the edit is live on the page, and after that we measure the impact: where your site now stands against that competitor on the same question, after your change.
Which questions do your competitors lead that you do not track?
That is the question gap: questions your competitors lead that you do not track, found for every site. You see what your competitor wins outside your questions, and you add the ones that matter in one step, so your site is measured on them from the next measurement.
In the free trial you see how many there are, with 3 of them in full; on the paid plans you see them all. Like a keyword gap in SEO, it shows you where your competitor wins and you are not even competing.
Where do the answers your competitor leads come from?
"Where do the answers come from?" shows the sites the engines build their answers to your questions from, by kind: company sites, directories and listings, platforms and apps, forums, social and video sites, and news and government sites. So you know whether your competitor wins with their own page or by being named in a directory or a platform the engine cites, and each kind comes with what to do about it.
On the paid plans you see every one of these sites by name; in the free trial, the most cited of them.
When do you find out a new competitor has overtaken you?
When it is confirmed. We do not name a new competitor on a single answer, and we do not say you lost a citation until your absence is confirmed, so your dashboard does not flicker every morning. When a change is confirmed, you get an alert in your dashboard.
The weekly report brings together what you gained and what threatens you, including new competitors the engines started citing on your questions and competitors they stopped citing. For your manager, the executive summary on a private link: your score, your top competitors, the confirmed changes and the top three tasks.
Which engines does the comparison cover, and at what price?
You are compared with your competitors on every engine your plan covers, at fixed prices in US dollars, the same for every country, with no per-question fees:
- The free trial: ChatGPT and Gemini, for 7 days with no credit card, on 1 site and 10 questions.
- Starter, $49 a month: 3 engines, adding Perplexity, on 1 site and 20 questions, updated daily.
- Pro, $99 a month: 5 engines, adding Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, on 3 sites and 60 questions, updated daily. Advanced, at $199 a month, has the same 5 engines on 5 sites and 150 questions.
- Business, by quote: up to 8 engines, adding Copilot, Claude and Grok, chosen with you, updated daily, on the sites and questions your team needs.
And what does the comparison cost next to an agency?
Every detail is on Tasadr's pricing. If you are weighing the cost of a tool against the cost of an agency, what drives each is in how much GEO costs.
What does the platform not measure?
It does not measure your competitor's traffic or sales, or their ranking in Google's list of links; it measures where they stand and where you stand inside the answer. And it does not measure all of your competitor's questions, only your own customers' questions, plus what the question gap finds.
Nor does it guarantee you will overtake them. The engine picks its sources afresh every time, and its answer can change from one day to the next. What we promise is an honest measurement of where you and they stand, evidence for every verdict, and what to change first. If you would rather start on your own before any tool, the check by hand is in how to know if ChatGPT and Gemini cite your site.
