Frequently asked questions about measuring AI answers

Last updated:

More than 30 questions in five groups: the idea, the measurement, the plans, data and privacy, and the team. Every answer is a few lines, using the same numbers as the rest of the site. If your question is not here, write to support@tasadr.ai and we will answer within one working day.

  1. The idea: what does Tasadr measure?

What Tasadr measures, what sets it apart, and why this became a business question rather than a technical one. The longer version is in what GEO is. Every term is defined in one sentence in the GEO glossary.

    What is Tasadr?

Tasadr is an Arabic-first tool that measures whether AI engines cite your website when your customers in the Gulf ask in Arabic. We ask the engines your customers' questions in their words and your market's dialect, and give you a score out of 100, who is cited instead of you, and a ranked action plan.

Is there an Arabic tool that measures whether AI answers cite my site?

Yes, Tasadr. It was built on Arabic from the first line: we ask AI engines your customers' questions in their words and your market's dialect, and give you a score out of 100, who is cited instead of you, and a ranked action plan. Gulf first; start with five questions free.

How is Tasadr different from SEO?

SEO works on your position among ten links. Tasadr measures the answer itself: whether the engine named you, and which source it cited. One answer usually names two or three sources, so being in it or out of it matters more than two places in a ranking. The full comparison is in SEO vs GEO vs AEO.

How is Tasadr different from other tools?

We ask in your customer's words and dialect, about their own market, and read Google's answers as they appear in their country rather than a generic version. Every question is measured repeatedly, every verdict carries its answer text, and an alert reaches you only when a change is confirmed, never on one lucky answer. Clear prices in riyal, no meter per question.

Does Tasadr support Saudi and other Gulf dialects?

Yes. Each site is set to its country and dialect before the first measurement, and the suggested questions and the measurement follow them. Write the question the way your customer types it in Riyadh, Dubai or Kuwait, slang included, and we measure it as written.

What does the Tasadr score mean?

It is one number out of 100 saying where your site stands inside the engines' answers to your questions. When a measurement spans a range, the range is shown beside it, so you know how much it swings before you act on it.

Why does "showing up in ChatGPT" and the other AI engines matter to me?

Because a customer now asks one question and reads a paragraph instead of opening five links. Whoever is named in that paragraph wins the visit, and whoever is not sees no trace of the loss in any report. What many people search for under that phrase, we call being cited: the engine builds its answer on your site.

Does this suit a small shop, or only large companies?

Both, and often the small one more. Local Arabic questions are answered by few pages, so one precise page about your service in your city can beat a large brand whose pages are general. Five free questions are enough to see where you stand.

  2. The measurement: how do we reach the number?

From writing the question to the alert inside the product. The detail is in how we measure your score.

    Which engines do you measure?

Eight: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Claude and Grok. How many a measurement uses follows your plan, and the free plan starts with two. What sets each apart is in the engines we measure.

Where do the questions come from?

Three sources you can mix: you write them from your own sales conversations, we suggest them from real searches in Search Console if you connect it, or we suggest them from your own pages. Each site carries its country and dialect, set before the first run. The method, with examples, is in choosing your questions.

How many times is one question measured?

Again on every run, so one lucky answer is never counted as a change. How often new results arrive follows your plan: every month on Free, every week on Starter and Pro, every day on Business, plus the on-demand runs you start yourself.

    What makes the number trustworthy?

That we ask in your customer's words and dialect, measure every question repeatedly, and keep under every verdict the answer text as written and its sources with their dates. An engine that wrote no answer is never counted against your site.

Why does my score change between runs?

Because chat engines answer the same question differently from one run to the next. So every question is measured repeatedly, any range a measurement spans is shown, and we wait for confirmation before calling movement a change, so headlines do not move with every answer.

Do I see the answer text and the sources?

Yes. We keep each answer as the engine wrote it for 180 days, with the links it cited, the run date and the engine's name. You read each question's latest answer and judge for yourself rather than taking the number on trust, and you can see how your score moved across earlier runs.

When do I get an alert?

When a change is confirmed: a rival that took your place, a citation you lost, or a new gain, which counts at once. The alert appears inside the product; anything that has not held stays in the history without one.

    Is Tasadr a GEO agency?

No, Tasadr is a measurement tool. We measure where your site stands in the answers, who is ahead of you, and what to change first; the work is done by you, your team or your agency. Agencies use it to follow their clients' sites: 3 sites on Pro and 10 sites on Business. The details are on Tasadr for agencies.

Do I need a developer to start?

No. You add your site's address, write your questions or pick from the suggestions, and we measure. Most of the action plan is edits to your page text: the question as a heading, the answer in two lines, the price or time written out.

Does it work with Salla and Zid stores?

Yes, if your store has its own domain (for example mystore.com) or its own subdomain. We measure your site as the engines see it from outside, so there is nothing to install and no access to your store dashboard. What your store needs to be recommended is in the online stores guide.

  3. The plans: what do you pay, and what do you get?

Subscribing, prices and cancelling. The full table is in Tasadr plans and prices.

    What does a subscription cost?

Starter is 499 SAR a month and Pro is 999 SAR. Business is by request, starting at 4,999 SAR a month. A yearly subscription costs the price of ten months. Every price is in Saudi riyal.

What does the Free plan include?

Free gives you 1 site, 5 questions, 2 engines (ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews), new results every month, 1 on-demand run a month and 3 competitor analyses a month. Enough to learn whether you are inside the answer or outside it, and who is there instead of you.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs no credit card and has no trial that expires. If you move up later, you subscribe and pay by credit card inside the app after you sign in.

    How do I get Business?

By request rather than checkout: write to support@tasadr.ai with your sites, questions and markets, and within one working day we send a written quotation. Business starts at 4,999 SAR a month and includes 10 sites, 150 questions and 8 engines, with new results every day.

Can I cancel or change plan?

Yes, any time from inside the app, and your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can move up or down between Starter and Pro (Business is by request), and the new plan's limits apply as soon as it takes effect.

  4. Data and privacy: where does it live, and what happens to it?

Where your data lives, who can reach it, and how to revoke or delete it. The full text is in the privacy policy.

    Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, under the GDPR. Each account's data is kept apart from every other, so no account sees another's measurements or questions.

Is my data stored in Saudi Arabia?

No. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union, under the GDPR. If your organisation requires data to stay in the Kingdom, write to us before you subscribe and we will give you a clear answer.

What do you do with Search Console data?

We read it to suggest questions from real searches that already reach your site, and nothing else. The grant is read-only, we follow Google's Limited Use policy, and you can revoke it at any time.

Is my data sold or used for advertising?

No. We do not sell customer data and do not use it for advertising. What we keep is what running the measurement and showing your history requires: your questions, the answer texts, the sources, and the scores with their dates.

    Can I delete my account?

Yes, on request, and the account and everything in it goes. You can also revoke the Search Console grant on its own and keep the account, or delete a single site with its measurements while the rest stay.

  5. The team: who is behind Tasadr?

The team, how to reach us, and what we have not built yet. The whole story is in who is behind Tasadr.

Who is behind Tasadr, and where?

The Tasadr team, based in Europe and working from Porto, Portugal, with more than 14 years in SEO and more than 15 in technology at European companies. The product started in 2026, and the whole story is in who is behind Tasadr.

    How do I reach you?

Write to support@tasadr.ai for support and for a Business quote, and we answer in Arabic or English within one working day. What to put in each kind of mail is set out under contact the Tasadr team. No sales calls, and no form asking for ten fields before anyone answers you.

What have you not built yet?

No PDF export, no team seats inside an account, no API, and no agency-branded reports. We say it plainly, because whoever buys today buys what exists today, and whatever we add later is announced with its date in the changelog.
