Frequently asked questions

Does Tasadr work with my store on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. We analyse your store from its public pages, with no app to install and no access to your store's dashboard, and you can check crawler access to it for free with the AI crawler check. Your store needs its own domain, or its own subdomain on the platform. We do not analyse the platform's address followed by your store's name after a slash, because many stores share it. On the free trial, you prove the store is yours before its second analysis, with one of the methods in Settings.

Do you see my store's orders and sales?

We never connect to your store's dashboard. We see only what Google Analytics records, if you connect it read-only: the visits that started in an AI engine and the sales recorded from them, which are revenue, not net profit.

Do you advise me to change my prices?

No. We show your page's price beside the same product's price at the stores the answers name. It is a comparison, never advice, and the decision is yours alone.

Do you publish the changes in my store?

No. The fix reaches you ready to publish, as a paragraph, FAQs, product structured data or a category page brief, and your team or agency publishes it. Then we check the page and compare its questions before and after the edit.

I sell in more than one country. Can I follow them all?

Yes, by plan: one market per site on Starter, 2 on Pro, 3 on Advanced and more on Business. Each question has its market, a site's questions are split across its markets, never multiplied, and on every page you can pick a market to see its numbers alone.

What do my product pages need?

In your dashboard, Product Tracker shows which product pages state the product's code, price and stock in their data, and which are missing something. Each product comes with its diagnosis and its task. What to write on the product page itself is in the online stores guide.
