What counts as a question?
A question is the sentence your customer types into an AI engine, such as "a flower shop with same-day delivery in Riyadh". The balance belongs to the account rather than to one site, because every question is asked of every engine your plan includes on every measurement, and you can rewrite your questions while you stay inside the balance. How to pick them is in choosing your questions.
What is an on-demand measurement?
An on-demand measurement is one you start yourself, without waiting for the scheduled run, say after editing a page. You get 1 on-demand run a month on Free, 4 on-demand runs on Starter, 10 on-demand runs on Pro and 30 on-demand runs on Business, and scheduled runs are never counted against it.
What is a competitor analysis?
A competitor analysis is a comparison between your page and the page the engine cited instead of yours, explaining why it chose theirs and what their page says that yours does not. You get 3 competitor analyses a month on Free, 15 competitor analyses on Starter, 50 competitor analyses on Pro and unlimited on Business.
How much does a year save, and why is Business by request?
Yearly is billed as 10 months, not 12: 4,990 SAR on Starter and 9,990 SAR on Pro, so two months cost nothing.
Business alone is by request, because such an account is measured every day and needs measurement capacity provisioned before it pays. Do I need a credit card, and can I cancel any time?
Free starts with a sign-up and nothing else: no credit card, no sales call. Starter and Pro are paid by credit card inside the app once you sign in, cancelled at any time, and your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. Every price is in Saudi riyal, and the method is the same on every plan, as described in how we measure your score.
