Write to support@tasadr.ai and we answer in Arabic or English within one working day. The same address takes support, Business quotes, and press and partnerships; say which of the three it is in the subject line, and your mail reaches the person who answers it sooner.
How do you get support?
Write to support@tasadr.ai and name the site, the question where the problem happened, and what you saw against what you expected. Those three save a full day of back and forth. The recurring questions are collected in the questions people ask about Tasadr, and what each run gives you is in how we measure your score.
How do you request a Business quote?
Business is sold by request, from 4,999 SAR a month. Write to support@tasadr.ai with three things: how many sites you track, how many questions you want measured, and the markets and dialects you work in. With those three we send a written quotation within one working day. The other three plans are set out, with their prices, in pricing in Saudi riyal.
Press and partnerships: the same address
For press: name your outlet and your deadline, and we give you numbers we measured ourselves, dated, rather than estimates. For partnerships with agencies and platforms: tell us what you are proposing and for which market. Who we are and where we work is under who is behind Tasadr.
