Frequently asked questions

How often are my questions' answers analysed?

Every plan gives your questions a daily analysis: 40 questions on Starter, 100 on Pro and 200 on Advanced, and on Business as many as your team needs. Your dashboard updates every day.

How many answers do you analyse for me each month?

About 2,400 on Starter, 7,500 on Pro and 15,000 on Advanced. One answer is one question on one engine in one reading. On Business we set the volume with you in a written quote.

What is the difference between cited and mentioned?

Cited means the engine linked your site among its answer's sources. Mentioned (no link) means it wrote your name in the text alone. The difference matters because the link is what brings the reader to your site.

Which AI engines do you analyse?

Up to 8, by plan. The free trial has ChatGPT and Gemini. Starter adds Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, Pro and Advanced add Google AI Mode, and Business adds Copilot, Claude and Grok.

Can I analyse my site in more than one country?

Yes. Each question has its own market: 1 market per site on Starter, 2 on Pro, 3 on Advanced and more on Business, each in Arabic, English or both, and in French in the Maghreb. Your plan's questions are split across your markets, and the price stays the same.

Does my score change every day?

It can move, because an engine may answer differently tomorrow. We never count one answer as a change, and when a change holds you get an alert in your dashboard. Read why AI answers change.
