Frequently asked questions

Where do Market Radar's figures come from?

From the Tasadr Index: buying questions we choose and analyse ourselves in AI engines. It never uses the questions any customer tracks in their account, or their results, and never shows one account's data to another. Anything that comes from your own questions is labelled as yours.

How many lookups does each plan include?

One lookup in the free trial, then 5 a month on Starter, 25 on Pro and 50 on Advanced. Only a lookup that returns results counts, a site counts once a month however often you open it, and your own site, question searches and opening a competitor you follow in your site's markets never count. Each plan is on the plans page.

If I add my competitor's questions, will I lead them?

No. Results reflect what we analysed on the date shown with them and are not a guarantee of any ranking or position. Answers change. A question you add is analysed with the rest of yours, and nobody can promise you will lead it.

What if the site is not in the Tasadr Index?

If it is in your questions, we show what they hold. If not, follow it and, on paid plans, we add its market to the Tasadr Index within your plan's monthly limit, at no cost to you and with nothing in it linking it to you or your account. Market Radar does not cover sites that are not competitors, such as directories, marketplaces and social networks, and looking them up is never counted.

Does anyone see the sites I look up?

No. We keep the domains you look up and how many lookups you made this month, to apply your plan's allowance, and never share them with any other customer.

How is Market Radar different from Competitor Analysis?

Competitor Analysis starts from your own questions: who leads them instead of you and why, each competitor's score and its Share of Voice. Market Radar opens any site's market from the Tasadr Index, including questions you do not track. Both sit in the Competitive Intelligence section.
