Frequently asked questions

Do you publish the edits on my site?

No. We never edit or publish on your site. We prepare the fixes ready to publish, your team or agency publishes them, then you press "Check the implementation" and we read the page and tell you what we found.

Where do the facts in the fixes come from?

Only from what you gave us: your page, your business profile and the description you wrote when you added your site. Missing facts stay as blanks for you to fill, unsupported claims are removed and shown to you, and every fix is a draft you review before publishing.

When does a task become Done?

When we have checked the edit on the page, not when you press a button. If we find part of it, we tell you what is missing. If we find no change, the task stays open. Whatever changes afterwards is counted from the date of the check.

Does an edit guarantee the engines will cite me?

Nobody can promise that: the engines choose their own sources. What you get is a view of what changed after the check, before the edit and after it, and against the questions you did not work on over the same period.

How many why-they-lead analyses does my plan include?

One in the free trial, with its fixes. Then up to 15 why-they-lead analyses a month on Starter, 50 on Pro, 100 on Advanced, and no limit on Business. On paid plans, preparing a task's fixes does not use one of your analyses. The details are on the pricing page.

Does Priority Fixes work for agencies?

Yes. The agency's team works in the same account with the plan's seats, and each task goes to whoever does it on a private link. On Business, task pages and the executive summary carry your agency's name and logo.
