Frequently asked questions

Where do you get my products and prices?

From your site's own product pages, read by TasadrBot, which follows your robots.txt. You then choose the products you follow. If your site keeps our reader out of a page, we say so beside it, and you can check crawler access for free with the AI crawler check.

How many products can I follow?

10 on Starter, 25 on Pro, 50 on Advanced and more on Business, for the whole account however many sites it has. You can change the products you follow at any time. In the free trial you follow 5 products from those your questions' answers recommend; each product's own prices, stores and place in Google start with a paid plan. The details are on the pricing page.

Which countries does it cover?

Each product is read in one of your site's markets, in its currency, so prices from two countries never share a comparison. Google Shopping prices and sellers are available today in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and ChatGPT answers and Google results in most Arab countries. Read about the UAE, Egypt and Arab markets.

Do you change my prices or product pages?

No. Tasadr does not edit your store or your prices. We show prices as a comparison, never advice, and give you tasks for what your pages lack. You, your team or your agency publish the change, and we read the product page again.

How is Product Tracker different from Shopping Answers?

Shopping Answers shows the products and stores the answers recommend in your buying questions, whoever sells them. Product Tracker starts from your own site's products, one by one, with each product's price, details and stores.

Do these numbers mean the answers will sell my products?

No. The numbers show where your product stands in the answers today, and nobody can promise a recommendation or a sale. If you connect Google Analytics, you see visits from AI engines and their recorded sales, as a comparison, not a cause.
